Kobe was called late in the day on a Friday and was able to take care of my issue with what should have been a simple procedure that didn’t even involve him. Refrigerator installers couldn’t get water hose connection to stop leaking, then said they’d have to leave to avoid any further damage. I called Mullin, remembering their 24-hour service. Not only did Kobe stop the leaking connection, he hooked up the new water line they’d left and together we pushed the new refrigerator into place, thus completing the installation. Thanks, Kobe!

Hank at Mullin is awesome. He was polite, explained what he was doing and why, and as things changed he walked me through costs and the process. We've used Mullin for projects over the last couple of years and have always been impressed with the customer service their employees have provided. I highly recommend them for any of your needs.

Josh Groom was very professional and helpful. He was able to correct our issue and gave us great advise on how to get the best performance from our AC unit. We always know that Mullins is dependable and honest, with same day service.

Horrible work. Hired Mullin because we were having a drainage problem but their work didn’t help with the issue and they refuse to fix it unless we pay them for them to do more work. Why would we pay them for more work to be done when their first attempt did nothing. Attaching pictures after their “work”was done. They set the pipe next to the house instead of where it’s lower, they want us to grade soil towards the drains which is next to the house. We can’t risk their drains not catching everything and water getting stuck under the house. Update: mullin refuses to fix their work. The drains they placed hasn’t helped but even made it worse

The plumbing crew, Preston Parker and Colby Stafford, from Mullin Plumbing - HVAC & Electric, were incredibly professional and efficient. They completed my hot water tank repairs quickly and with meticulous attention to detail. Not only did they do an excellent job, but they also cleaned up thoroughly afterward, leaving my garage spotless. Their outstanding customer service and quality workmanship exceeded my expectations. I received prompt estimates, quick response times, and clear communication throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing, HVAC, or electrical repairs.

It was great to do business with Hank at Mullin. We got several estimates for our water heater replacement and Mullin came in as the best bid. But they also gave us an option to purchase the WH ourselves and save a bit more. That process (shopping and purchasing) was worth the extra savings to us. Hank was great to work with... friendly, knowledgeable and going the 'extra mile' on several things for us. We will call Mullin... and request Hank.... the next time we have plumbing needs.
